Line Cleanings
We use a highly concentrated cleaning solution that removes all beer stone, mold and other microbes that can grow in beer lines. This will ensure that the beer you serve tastes just as the brewer intended to be, fresh and crisp.

Liquor Control Systems
Sprint Bottle Guardian
Sprint Bottle Guardian is designed to control liquor sales from the original bottles as a primary control system, or used to augment Sprint Liquor Guns and Sprint Flowmeter Monitoring to create a full scope control network. Our value laden 7 Group System allows you to sort liquor into 7 groups by price or product group, or the full featured Brand ID option uses RFID Pour Spouts to track every detail, for every bottle, for every brand, at every bar.
Sprint Liquor Guns
Sprint’s Liquor Dispensing Guns are the fastest and most accurate way to deliver drinks quickly and consistently. Perfect shots in a second, time after time. Delivering up to 24 brands (standard is 12 brands), with 4 portion sizes and pre-set cocktails, with full accountability.
Flow meters
Our Turbines are designed specifically for the Start/Stop of beer flow with the best accuracy of any in the market today. Formed of UHMW plastic they resist beer stone and other contamination. A single wire network makes for a clean installation and being wall mounted they are protected against impact damage.

Bag-In-Box
Using the revolutionary Bag-in-Box (BIB) system, Prairie is able to preserve the integrity of your beverages and deliver great tasting juice products. This type of packaging is lightweight, prevents waste, and no refrigeration or freezing is required. Prairie’s BIB solutions for fruit and vegetable juice keep the product fresh for a longer period of time.
Bulk Juice Concentrate
Ideal for adding that extra standard or custom flavour to your production of beer, cider, and spirits. Bulk packaging (20L pails, 200L drums and 1000L totes) is available to accommodate the smallest distillery to the largest brewery.
Beverage Gases
CO2
JUST SAY NO to flat drinks and unhappy customers. Using food-grade gases, Prairie will custom design a beverage carbonation system for your fountain drinks, draught beer system, or bar guns. We can arrange regularly scheduled deliveries to keep your system up and running.
Beergas
Serving draught beer is critical to the operation of your business. All draught beer systems must have a CO2 source to maintain carbonation, and for systems requiring higher pressures to deliver the perfect pint, adding nitrogen is a key component. It’s 70% nitrogen and 30% CO2 blend.
Nitrogen
Nitrogen is the key beverage gas to dispense all your wines on tap or in an enomatic machine. For the nitrogen infusion processes, it produces a rich, silky texture and a thick and creamy foam head, in everything from hot coffee, cold brew, craft beers, and even soft drinks.
